This course is designed to enhance the fiscal skills of public human services executives.

  • Managing fiscal performance
  • Budgeting policies: forecasting and planning

As a result of this training, participants will have an in-depth knowledge of fiscal processes and increased capacity to use fiscal tools and staff to advance agency goals.

Fee Details: The program enrollment fee is 0.12 training unit per person for those utilizing their county contract. If not using a county contract, the fee is $510.00 per person. The fee for this 2-day program includes soft copy materials. The 2-day program will be taught in four half-days in the AM

Training Format: This program will be offered via remote learning using Zoom. Login information will be provided after your enrollment is processed.
