Whether your agency has decided to maintain traditional professional lines of supervision, consolidate supervision to a multi-discipline unit or engage in matrix management, an enhanced set of knowledge and skills are necessary. To fulfill the promise of linked services to families through reducing or eliminating programmatic competition, teams must evolve that are led by supervisors equipped to deal with the issues that will emerge.
