Project Management Skills for Executive Leaders and Managers

This training provides managers and executive leaders with new tools and techniques to lead their teams with increased efficiency, empathy and grace. In addition to exploring the five phases of the project management lifecycle, participants will discuss the various roles anyone acting as a project manager will need to play over the lifecycle of a project.

After attending this training, participants will have increased capacity to:

  • Appreciate the value of formal project management.
  • Describe and execute the five phases of the project management lifecycle.
  • Define the key roles of project management & project managers.
  • Identify the resources needed for each phase, including stakeholders, tools, and supplementary materials.
