This workshop will focus on the Leadership Team interactional dynamics. Participants should complete the Wiley DISC Assessment prior to this session. Prior sessions focused on Leadership Team interactional dynamics with a focus on understanding the different DISC styles among team members and how they impact team functioning. Additionally, the model for The 5 (Dys)functions of a Team was introduced with Trust as the foundation for Team functionality.
Topics Include:
- Gaining an increased understanding of self and fellow team members
- Identifying the implications of the individual DiSC styles of the team members and discovering how they contribute to team functionality
- Recognizing personal DiSC styles and strategies for interactions with different DiSC Styles
- Developing individual and team skills and capabilities around Trust, Conflict and Commitment
