High Five Collaboration: Module 5: Owning Your Leadership Role

These five courses are designed to give leaders at all levels the necessary skills to lead their teams to greatness. As people promote through the ranks of an organization, they are often highly skilled at the day-to-day tasks and the technical aspects of the job, however, what got you here, won’t get you there. This series will not teach you how to manage a team. Instead, it will equip individuals with the knowledge and expertise to lead their teams, build trust, and achieve the momentum needed to meet your organizational goals.
