- Documenting contacts
- Documenting when and who provided what services to which client
- Documenting scheduled and completed visits between children and their siblings, parents or other individuals
- Use of the Delivered Services report
Participants will be able to document contacts with and for clients, the services provided to clients and visits involving clients in a manner that will satisfy reporting agency's need to certify the worker was in compliance with the requirement for a specific contact, service or visit.
