As a field advisor, you have the exciting opportunity to help prepare new social workers as they learn to engage with children and families in new ways. Core training is designed to provide social workers with the foundational knowledge, skills and opportunity to build a network of support with colleagues in Northern California so they can perform to the best of their abilities.
This convening will provide guidance and practical tools for field advisors to use when working with new social workers during their field-based learning components of Core for Social Workers.
