Clerical and Administrative Assistant Series

Human services professionals in clerical/administrative roles play a key role in the success of their organization. Whether they work in an external or internal customer-facing capacity, they are very often the face or first contact customers encounter when requesting assistance. The impact of these first encounters are often a predictor of how a customer feels they will be treated moving forward. Comprised of four, half-day modules, this series explores the skills, abilities and behaviors associated with providing excellent customer service in a human services setting.
