As California’s vulnerable populations face new complexities and ever- increasing needs, human services eligibility staff are challenged to enhance their knowledge and skills. Courses in this section focus on technical information, tools and resources eligibility staff need to work in the CalWORKs public assistance program. Training opportunities include a three-day CalWORKs Boot Camp as well as half-day/full day workshops on specialized topics in CalWORKs 2.0.
On-site training is offered in this section and can involve participants from a single organization or multiple organizations in a county or region.
