Strategic Planning: The Journey To Future Success

In this three-day training, leaders will develop foundational knowledge of the elements of strategic planning. The first step is identifying the priorities, goals and objectives of your program and organization. We will examine useful tools to engage staff, clients and the community, and define the steps necessary to implement initiatives that improve services and outcomes for all stakeholders.

The training will use strategic planning to facilitate the identification of your organization’s:

  • Destination - Where do you want to go?
  • Starting line - Where are you right now?
  • Road map - How do you get there?
  • Pit stops - How will you know if you are progressing?
